All prices are in AED (Dirhams) and Jute Couture reserves the right to change the prices at any time.

Conditions Of Sale
All goods must be paid for on delivery. You must supply a descriptive physical delivery address. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Out Of Stock Items / Back–Orders
From time to time, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order or choose an alternative product.

Cookies
A "cookie" is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows Jute Couture to recognise you each time you visit our site. Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information and Jute Couture does not use cookies to collect personal information.

The risks whenever you use the Internet
While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to Jute Couture. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords and or other account information pertaining to the Jute Couture website

Refunds
At Jute Couture every dispatched item is checked with care. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us via phone or email to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. Jute Couture will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault, however we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Shipping costs will not be included in refund.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. However, due to the natural feature of jute the colours may differ slightly to what you see on your computer screen and colours may possibly transfer.
